My trip to Kedah Day 1

Saturday---
This the day that I am going to Jitra, Kedah with my friend, Michelle. We decided to go to Alamanda Putrajaya and see see look look first becos our flight is at nite. This is the first time we went to Alamanda, we din even know which bus to take, how to know when we sampai Alamanda...But we decided to have an adventure today, trying new things on our own, being independent. We went to wait at the bus stop and waited like for 1 and a half hours before a bus crawled along...maklumlah, my college in ladang kelapa sawit mah...only got big-big lorry pass by, seldom got Alamanda bus pass by...



The journey to Putrajaya itself took 1 hour, by the time we reach there ngam-ngam for lunch. Waa, that place soooo grand and BIG!!! I like rusa masuk kampung, never seen so many fast food outlet all in one place. Got KFC, McDonald, Burger King, A & W, Kenny Rogers, Baskin Robbins booth, Dunkin' Donut Booth...fuuu...my stomach jump for joy!!! Coz in college, they got serve free government paid-for food wan mah, always ikan kampung, kobis, beef, kari ayam...repeat and repeat wan. Not that i'm complaining la, but then very bosan of the same dishes for almost 2 months woh..



We had our lunch at Burger King, and we like budak-budak wear the burger king crown to take picture for rememberance that we pernah menjejakkan kaki ke Burger King Alamanda. I dunno how to upload photo..yet..wait and be patient, when i pandai, i will upload every photo of my trip.



After that, we took a bus back and got our luggage out from the college and dragged it all the way out to the bus stop again to wait for yet another round of bus to KLIA. Next time i'll share a photo of the road we had to walk before reaching the bus stop, it's not far, but its quite far lah. We must have looked so tired and horrible that a Malay woman stopped by us and asked how far had we dragged our luggage.



At KLIA, we were sooo lost because everytime, we used to tag behind our parents, sometimes wandering mesmerised by colours and famous amos smell that dad and mum had to pry us off the floor to get us going. But now we had no daddy or mommy to follow, we are on our own! Its a wonderful yet frightful feeling that we are truly independant, we had to buka our mata and telinga besar-besar to know where when and how to check-in, board etc... I really liked the idea of being able to travel alone, yet along with that good feel, I wanted to have my parents and family travelling together, really missed those fun times on vacation as a family...sob-sob...
